…our clients undertake many activities in Ukraine, either for the first time or as pioneers. For instance, to procure certified timber, it is necessary to revise the procurement process within the company. Similar changes may number in the hundreds. In the photo, one can see a contractor, designer, investor, and supplier at the moment when such changes succeed.

…working as a team in a modern project means having parts of the organization in Kyiv, some in Vilnius, and others in London. However, this is now a standard practice rather than a challenge.

…we have the opportunity to work with unique professionals. From our side, we have incorporated "green" solutions and practices to minimize the impact on existing biodiversity, manage waste flows, control air pollution, manage water runoff from the construction site, and much more.

…the spaces for which we analysed energy consumption were simply enormous; here they can be seen even at the construction stage. However, later on, just to navigate around the building during thermal imaging inspections, we had to spend at least an hour. For analysis, we had to set up equipment at 5 a.m. and disconnect it deep into the night. But the unique energy consumption profiles obtained allowed us to propose further energy-efficient strategy during operation.

…I believe that without research, continuous professional development, and practical engagement, it is very difficult for any engineer to maintain their qualifications at a high level. That's why I am constantly involved in various practical research, technical audits, and analysis of technical solutions, both existing and in the design phase.

…we conducted energy modeling of this building right during the tender process for the procurement of cooling equipment, literally at the last moment when design work could still influence the actual chillers. This allowed us to refine the projected peak and daily cooling loads, which helped our client conduct an optimal tender.

...I believe that this building will be very striking architecturally. I think everyone will easily recognize it once it's finally completed. Both the client, the architect, the engineers, and we have done our utmost to ensure that it is also "green", energy efficient, and environmentally friendly - in other words, sustainable.

.. the challenge here was that the entire building and construction site are located quite close to an existing unique natural environment. How can we minimize the impact of construction on it? How can we most effectively integrate the building into the existing natural environment? The team found a highly professional ecologist who helped address these questions.
